Ms. Sitzes has a 30+ year background in community nursing and leadership. She has spent her career in leadership in hospitals and most notably in the community blazing a trail for home health services regionally in Southern Illinois. She has used her knowledge and compassion to advocate for hospice services and patients, educating patients and families to be able to make informed decisions on care pathways and needs. She serves as a parish nurse and is a leader in her community.

Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specializing in Management Information Systems and Human Resource Management. He has experience in Business Analytics, Project Management and IT Administration. He has a natural sensibility for business and scored in the top 96th percentile on the national Business Major Fields Test.
